Hiring: SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) Consultant
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Experience: 5+ Years
Engagement: Application Management Support (AMS)
We are looking for an experienced SAP GTS Consultant to join a global AMS engagement supporting Trade Compliance, Customs Management, and Foreign Trade Operations. This role involves end-to-end support for import/export customs processes, compliance screening, export control, sanctions management, preference determination, and regulatory reporting on the SAP GTS platform.
Key Skills Required:
Hands-on experience in SAP GTS Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management
Strong expertise in:
- Legal Control
- Sanctioned Party List Screening (SPL)
- Export Control & License Management
- Embargo & Product Compliance
- Customs Import/Export Declarations
- Preference Management (LTSD/LTVD)
- Origin Determination
- Intrastat Reporting
Experience supporting:
- Trade Compliance Processes
- Global Customs Operations
- Foreign Trade Legal Compliance (FTLC)
- Export Control & Sanctions Handling
Strong understanding of:
- EU & International Customs Regulations
- Export Controls
- Sanctions & Embargo Compliance
- Preferential Origin Rules
Experience with:
- SAP ECC / S4HANA Integration
- Material & Business Partner Master Data
- ServiceNow / JIRA / SAP Solution Manager
- Incident, Problem & Change Management
- SLA-driven AMS Support
Knowledge of:
- Restricted Party Screening
- Compliance Screening Processes
- Legal Content Updates
- Customs & Trade Documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP GTS Certification
Exposure to Manufacturing, Chemical, or Life Sciences industries
Experience with Global Rollouts across EMEA, APAC, and NAFTA
Basic ABAP Debugging knowledge for Functional Analysis
What You'll Do:
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP GTS applications
- Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Support customs declarations and trade compliance processes
- Handle compliance screening, blocked documents, and sanctions cases
- Support export license determination and monitoring
- Participate in testing, releases, and minor enhancements
- Collaborate with global business, compliance, and IT teams
