Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced
SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Consultant to implement, enhance, and support SAP GTS solutions across Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Risk Management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant global trade operations and seamless integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA systems.
Key Responsibilities1. Functional & Technical Expertise- Configure and support SAP GTS modules including:
- Compliance Management
- Product Classification
- Customs Management
- Transport Management
- Perform end-to-end integration with SAP ECC / S/4HANA, including:
- Business Partner (BP) transfer
- Material Master integration
- Document transfer
- Support and manage:
- SPL (Sanctioned Party List) screening
- Legal control checks
- Embargo management
- License management
- Maintain product classification data such as HS codes, ECCN, and preference processing.
- Business & Process Collaboration
- Coordinate with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and prepare business requirement documents (BRDs).
- Participate in solution design and provide functional recommendations.
- Monitor regulatory updates and perform impact assessments.
- Testing & Deployment
- Execute SIT and UAT cycles.
- Manage defects and provide resolution support.
- Support user training sessions.
- Assist in cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-production hypercare.
- Handle change requests, continuous improvements, and maintain proper documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP GTS implementation and support.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA integration preferred.
- Exposure to global rollout projects and multi-country implementations is an advantage.
