Job Description
Key deliverables:
- Implement and optimize SAP GTS and SAP MM solutions including S/4 HANA migrations
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and global trade requirements
- Provide ITSM support, resolve incidents, and maintain system stability
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and manage external service providers
Role responsibilities:
- Customize SAP GTS modules and support international trade processes
- Conduct workshops and prepare solution documentation for stakeholders
- Deliver functional specifications, system configuration, and user training
- Identify improvement opportunities in SAP GTS and monitor market trends
