Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Consultant with expertise in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP GTS modules and be capable of understanding business requirements, proposing solutions, coordinating with technical teams, and supporting implementation activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work on SAP GTS processes related to Customs, Compliance, or Preference Management.
- Understand and analyze business requirements.
- Validate whether SAP standard functionality can be utilized to meet business requirements.
- Discuss and provide solutions for new business requirements and changes to existing business processes.
- Optimize current solutions to improve business processes.
- Collaborate with business teams and technical teams to understand and address GTS requirements.
- Explain and communicate GTS requirements to technical consultants.
- Coordinate development activities with technical teams.
- Perform testing and provide feedback on implemented changes.
- Work effectively with global teams and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP GTS (Customs, Compliance, or Preference Management).
- Experience working on SAP GTS 11 or SAP GTS Edition for SAP HANA (GTS E4H).
- Ability to visualize business requirements and determine whether SAP standard solutions can be leveraged.
- Strong communication skills to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience in solution discussion and process optimization.
- Experience in coordinating with development teams and supporting testing activities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module.
- Knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) module.
- Knowledge of technical solutioning.
