Role & Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret business requirements to design and implement SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) Customs Management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SAP GTS integration.
- Conduct testing and validation of SAP GTS setups.
- Document system configurations and updates.
- Facilitate workshops and user training sessions.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Support SAP GTS upgrades and enhancements.
- Recommend process improvements for SAP GTS frameworks.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 610 years of experience with SAP GTS and ERP Customs Management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP GTS modules (Compliance, Customs, Risk Management).
- Experience integrating SAP GTS with S/4HANA and other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to lead client workshops and training.
