Job Description:

Functional Design & Implementation

• Lead design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
• Conduct workshops to gather consolidation and reporting requirements.
• Configure key components:
• Consolidation ledger
• Consolidation units & groups
• Financial statement (FS) items
• Data validation & reclassification rules
• Intercompany elimination rules
• Consolidation of investments (COI)
• Currency translation settings

Business Process Support

• Support financial consolidation processes:
• Group close
• Intercompany reconciliation
• Ownership/Investment handling
• Consolidated reporting
• Design and deliver group-level reporting using:
• Group Reporting Data Collection (GRDC)
• SAP Fiori apps for consolidation
• ACDOCA & ACDOCU based reporting

Integration

• Ensure integration across:
• FI/CO actuals and plan
• Central Finance (optional) where applicable
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting
• BPC (if coexistence scenarios)
• Data mapping from non-SAP systems through GRDC/Flat files

Project & Delivery Activities

• Prepare Functional Specifications for RICEFW objects.
• Work with technical teams for data interfaces and enhancements.
• Drive unit testing, SIT, UAT, migration, and cutover activities.
• Provide golive and hypercare support for consolidation cycles.
• Deliver end-user training and documentation.
