SAP GRC Techno-functional

We're looking for an experienced and proactive SAP GRC Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for implementing and optimizing SAP GRC solutions, focusing on automating access assignments and ensuring robust access controls across both SAP and non-SAP systems. Key Responsibilities

• GRC Implementation & Strategy:Lead and participate in techno-functional implementations of SAP GRC solutions.
• Collaborate with peers and senior leadership to research best practices and translate complex requirements into effective GRC designs.
• Automate access assignments across both SAP and non-SAP systems.
• GRC Access Controls Expertise:Implement, configure, and manage the following components of GRC Access Control 12.x:
• Access Risk Analysis (ARA): Analyze and mitigate access risks.
• Emergency Access Management (EAM): Configure firefighter ID assignments and workflows (including at least two emergency access request workflows).
• Access Request Management (ARM): Configure user access management workflows for user provisioning in all systems (minimum four workflows).
• User Access Review (UAR): Manage and execute user access review processes.
• Enable the Standard GRC SOD (Segregation of Duties) rulebook for SAP S/4HANA systems.
• Business Role Management: Implement and maintain Business Role Management (BRM) functionality within GRC.
• Disaster Recovery (DR): Contribute to and support Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies and implementations for GRC systems.
• Client Interaction & Support:Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and communicate solutions effectively.
• Work on-site at the client location in Mumbai.

Required Skills & Experience

• GRC Experience: 5+ years of experience in GRC techno-functional implementation.
• Mandatory Project Experience: Proven project experience with Access Management, Process Controls, and Business Role Management (BRM) functionality of GRC.
• GRC Access Control 12.x: Hands-on expertise with ARA, EAM, ARM, and UAR.
• SAP S/4HANA: Experience enabling Standard GRC SOD rulebook for SAP S/4HANA systems.
• Workflow Configuration: Proven experience configuring user access management workflows (minimum four workflows) and Emergency Access Management workflows (minimum two workflows).
• Disaster Recovery: Experience in DR strategies for GRC systems.
• Communication: Good communication skills are mandatory for client interaction.
• Location: Willingness to work on-site at the client location in Mumbai.
