Duties and Responsibilities
- Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
- Good knowledge of Fiori, HANA, S/4 HANA security to be able to provide SME expertise in implementing security best practices
- Hands on experience in developing security roles and provide ongoing maintenance of security components for multiple SAP landscapes including Fiori apps, SAP cloud applications in line with best practices
- Support client in testing and break fixes with quick turn arounds
- Good knowledge of GRC Access Control (ARA, EAM, ARM, BRM) concepts
- Experience with end-to-end configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting within SAP GRC systems and create related documentation
- Administer and ensure best practices are applied as relates to SAP security solution for segregation of duties (SoD)
- Hands on experience in developing security roles and provide ongoing maintenance of security components for multiple SAP landscapes including Fiori apps, SAP cloud applications in line with best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communications - will be authoring Functional Specs, participating in requirements documentation via workshops, so it is important that the candidate knows how to carry him/herself while conducting sessions with small groups of high-level stakeholders
- Actively participate in project activities as relates to integration test cycles, user acceptance test and go-live
- Collaborate with other IT teams to support upgrades, system refreshes, day to day operations of SAP landscape
- Assess and incorporate security requirements on WRICEF objects
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with client and internal SAP application owners and IT Infrastructure team
- Interact with internal and external audit and risk teams to explain and evaluate the design of security processes
- Works closely with both SAP technical and functional teams to ensure the success of the overall SAP solution
Experiences/Qualifications:
- 4–6 years experience working as a SAP security GRC administrator with lead experience
- In-depth knowledge of SAP security in multiple SAP environments including S/4, BI, CRM, PO, HCM, Fiori Apps, Ariba, SuccessFactors and other cloud applications
- Experience integrating GRC with IAG to enable Access provisioning on cloud applications
- 6+ years hands-on experience creating HANA DB security roles, and user setup for developers modelers, database administrators and end users
- Experience with HANA Studio for System, Object, Analytical, Package and Application Privileges
- Familiarity with configuring SAP NW identity management, SAP SSO, etc.
- In depth working knowledge of GRC components (Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, User access review and EAM) and SoD
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills to trouble shoot and resolve security related issues
- SAP Fiori experience is highly desired
- Basic understanding of SAP Basis (with S/4 HANA) is highly desired
- Working knowledge of OS, Network, and hardware concepts
- Working knowledge of system administration and application administration procedures, not limited to SAP
- Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
