SAP GRC Process Control

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer who can support business-critical applications by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues. The candidate should be comfortable handling complex application problems, working with multiple teams, and ensuring applications remain stable and available. This is a senior-level support role where the candidate is expected to guide the team, make technical decisions, and act as a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and software issues.
• Monitor and support critical business applications.
• Identify root causes and provide permanent solutions to recurring issues.
• Work closely with developers, infrastructure, and other support teams to resolve incidents.
• Lead or support major incident resolution and improve response times.
• Evaluate application changes and identify potential risks before implementation.
• Document troubleshooting steps, known issues, and solutions for future reference.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members when needed.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to important project decisions.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in IT Troubleshooting (Advanced level).
• Experience in Application Support or Engineering Support.
• Ability to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex production issues.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working with business-critical applications.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Application Remediation.
• Experience improving incident management and support processes.
• Knowledge of system changes, deployments, and impact analysis.
