Job Title: SAP GRC PC

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP GRC Process Control (PC) Consultant to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP GRC PC implementation and a strong background in governance, risk, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP GRC Process Control implementation projects from planning to go-live and support.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes and compliance needs.
• Design and configure SAP GRC PC modules to meet client requirements.
• Develop functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Identify and resolve issues related to SAP GRC PC modules.
• Prepare project documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP GRC Process Control implementation.
• Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle SAP GRC PC implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GRC PC modules and their integration with other SAP modules.
• Excellent understanding of governance, risk, and compliance processes.
• SAP GRC Process Control certification is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with clients in various industries.
• Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (SAP GRC Access Control, SAP GRC Risk Management).
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA.
• Project management experience or certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
