Job Title: SAP GRC Consultant

Experience: 7–10 Years

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or related field

Location :Bangalore and Pune

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP GRC Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP GRC solutions, primarily Access Control and Process Control, ensuring regulatory compliance and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support SAP GRC AC, PC, RM, and AM solutions
• Configure MSMP workflows, BRF+ rules, EAM/FFID processes, and mitigation controls
• Perform role design, risk analysis, and authorization troubleshooting in S/4HANA
• Support SAP GRC upgrades, monitoring, incident management, and AMS activities
• Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory standards
• Participate in end-to-end GRC implementations (workshops, UAT, cutover, hypercare)
• Collaborate with clients, mentor junior consultants, and drive continuous improvements

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control
• Good knowledge of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, and SAP Fiori
• Experience with MSMP, BRF+, IAM/IAG, SSO, and SAP PI/PO or CPI
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP GRC Certification
• CISA / CISM / CISSP certifications
