Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled SAP GRC Consultant with 2–8 years of experience in implementing

and supporting SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control, Segregation of

Duties (SoD) analysis, and compliance management, along with

hands-on experience in SAP Security and access governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and support SAP GRC Access Control modules including ARA

(Access Risk Analysis), ARM (Access Request Management), EAM (Emergency Access

Management), and BRM (Business Role Management).

Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, risk identification, and mitigation

activities to ensure compliance with security policies.

Manage and support user access provisioning and approval workflows through SAP

GRC.

Design and maintain role-based access controls aligned with organizational security and

compliance standards.

Conduct periodic user access reviews and provide audit support.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, auditors, and IT teams to address security risks

and compliance requirements.

Support integration of SAP GRC with SAP ECC / SAP S4HANA environments and other

connected systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP GRC and SAP Security.

Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and audit

documentation.

Required Skills & Expertise

Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control 10.x / 12.x.

Strong experience in ARA, ARM, EAM, and BRM modules.

In-depth knowledge of Segregation of Duties (SoD) concepts and risk management.

Experience in SAP Security administration, role design, and user management.

Working knowledge of MSMP workflows and access request management.

Experience working in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.

Good understanding of ITGC controls, compliance standards, and audit processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SAP GRC implementation or support projects.

Knowledge of SAP Fiori security and HANA environments.

Exposure to integration with non-SAP applications.

SAP GRC or SAP Security certification is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related

discipline.
