Job Titl : SAP Global COUPA Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to COUPA implementations, including configuration, administration, and integration with SAP.
- Manage the full lifecycle of technology-enabled change: requirements definition, solution design, build, integration testing, UAT, and transition to production.
- Perform integration testing between COUPA, SAP S/4HANA, and procurement/finance systems.
- Design and optimize procurement and purchasing processes, ensuring seamless integration with Finance.
- Utilize SAP financial table structures and data elements for reporting and analytics.
- Support and collaborate with offshore/nearshore service providers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing solution design and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior/mid-level team members (Lead role).
- Ensure documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness for implemented solutions.
Job Description
- Strong hands-on experience with COUPA configuration and administration.
- Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA and financial integration points.
- Proven experience in Procurement processes and integration with Finance.
- At least 1 full lifecycle COUPA implementation.
- Expertise in solution design and integration testing.
- Familiarity with COUPA marketplace products.
- Strong analytics and reporting capabilities using SAP/COUPA platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
