Required Qualifications:

• 8–12+ years of SAP experience, including 5+ years in SAP EWM.
• Strong experience leading SAP EWM production support or AMS engagements.
• Deep understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory management, replenishment, physical inventory, and warehouse execution processes.
• Proven experience managing incident queues, enhancement prioritization, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience coordinating offshore/onshore support teams and working with ADMS/AMS delivery models.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM Run Support Lead to lead application support and continuous improvement for enterprise SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) environments. The role will own production support, prioritize enhancement requests, manage business escalations, and work closely with AMS/ADMS teams to ensure stable operations and optimal delivery capacity.

Preferred:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded or Decentralized EWM.
• Exposure to SAP WM migration, warehouse automation, RF/mobile solutions, or MES/WCS integrations.
• Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or retail warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP EWM application support, ensuring timely resolution of production issues and business-critical incidents.
• Prioritize logistics enhancements, defects, and service requests based on business impact and operational priorities.
• Own and coordinate functional and technical escalations across business, IT, and support partners.
• Collaborate with ADMS/AMS teams to plan capacity, allocate resources, and manage delivery pipelines.
• Drive root cause analysis and implement preventive actions to improve system stability.
• Coordinate releases, transports, regression testing, and deployment of fixes and enhancements.
• Monitor support KPIs, SLA adherence, backlog, and service performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Partner with business users to identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
