• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
• Certifications in FSM platforms (Platinum/Advanced level preferred)
• Experience with AI/ML in service operations
• Exposure to industries like Telecom, Utilities, Manufacturing, or Healthcare
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end implementation of FSM solutions (design, configuration, deployment, and support)
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable FSM solutions
• Architect complex FSM workflows including scheduling, dispatch, mobility, and service lifecycle management
• Provide expertise in Platinum-level FSM capabilities such as:
o AI-driven scheduling & optimization
o Predictive maintenance
o IoT integration
