Your Role

  • Configure and support FI‑AR and FSCM processes including Credit, Collections, and Dispute Management.
  • Implement Credit Management features such as credit checks, scoring rules, credit limits, workflows, risk classes, and DCD configuration.
  • Manage Collections strategies, data flow from AR to FSCM, Promise to Pay, customer contacts, and resubmissions.
  • Configure and support Dispute Management workflows, lifecycle processing, write‑offs, and related Fiori tiles.
  • Support integrations and interfaces including IDocs, Banking, DMEE, EBS, Lockbox, Intercompany Billing, and third‑party credit scoring systems.

Your Profile

  • 8 to 12 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with strong expertise in FI‑AR FI‑SD knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Proven experience in FSCM modules - Credit Management, Collections, and Dispute Management (minimum 2 modules ECC & S/4HANA expertise required).
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori apps/tiles, and understanding of ECC vs S/4HANA differences, especially in Credit Management.
  • Strong exposure to RICEFW objects, preparation of Functional Specifications, debugging, and coordination with technical teams.
  • Experience with third‑party integrations, Advanced Credit Management, and DCD functionality BCM experience is a plus.
