We are seeking an experienced
Senior SAP FSCM Consultant to lead and deliver complex financial supply chain management initiatives for a large global FMCG orgnaization. This role is ideal for a hands-on expert with deep functional knowledge of
Credit Management and Dispute Management, proven
ECC to S/4HANA migration experience, and the ability to
drive projects end-to-end while engaging confidently with both business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP FSCM implementations and transformations, from requirement gathering through go-live and post-go-live support
- Act as a functional lead for SAPFSCM with a strong focus on:
- Credit Management (including Credit Risk, Scoring, and Credit Limit Management)
- Dispute Management (case handling, workflows, reporting)
- Play a key role in ECC to S/4HANA migrations, including system conversion, redesign, and functional optimization
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP FSCM solutions aligned with best practices
- Drive workshops, design sessions, and solution walkthroughs with senior stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with FI/AR, SD, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of SAP experience, with strong specialization in SAP FSCM
- Extensive hands-on experience with Credit Management and Dispute Management
- Proven track record of ECC to S/4HANA migration projects
- Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash and FI/AR processes
- Strong configuration, testing, and deployment experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
