Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced SAP RE-FX Consultant with 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Land Use Management, Lease Management, Contract Management, and Real Estate accounting processes within SAP. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to implement, support, and optimize real estate business processes within the SAP ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) solutions.
- Analyze business requirements related to real estate, land management, lease contracts, and property management.
- Configure business entities, rental objects, contracts, conditions, postings, and settlement processes.
- Work on lease-in / lease-out processes, rent calculations, and periodic postings.
- Integrate RE-FX with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, PM, and MM.
- Support Land Use Management processes, including contract lifecycle management.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation projects, rollouts, and system enhancements.
- Conduct gap analysis, functional design, and solution documentation.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide production support and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, enhancements, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and real estate regulatory requirements.

- Ability to create functional specifications (FS) for technical teams.
- Experience in S/4HANA RE-FX implementations is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Finance, or related field.
- SAP certification in RE-FX or related SAP modules is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in global SAP implementation projects.
- Exposure to real estate, infrastructure, or utilities industry.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environment.
