Job Description

Key responsibilities

Design and development: Create and customize SAP Fiori applications using frameworks like SAPUI5, ensuring they are user-friendly and align with Fiori design guidelines.
Technical implementation: Use technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to build front-end applications and OData services to connect them to backend SAP systems.
Integration: Ensure seamless integration of Fiori applications with existing SAP modules and systems.
Troubleshooting and testing: Debug and resolve issues in both standard and custom Fiori applications, and perform unit testing to ensure quality.
Collaboration: Work with functional teams and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Optimization: Enhance existing Fiori applications and optimize performance for a better user experience.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.

Required skills

Proficiency in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and OData services.
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Familiarity with backend development, including ABAP, is often required, especially for full-stack roles.
Experience with the SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration and role-based access.
Understanding of the Fiori app lifecycle from design to deployment.
Problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
