Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated SAP Fiori/UI5 Developer with 57 years of experience in designing, developing, and enhancing SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5 and related SAP technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects and possess strong expertise in developing user-centric applications integrated with SAP backend systems.
Experience Qualifications
- 57 years of experience in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 application development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Implementation, Migration, Rollout, or Support projects.
- Working knowledge of business processes across functional streams such as Procure-to-Pay (S2P), Order-to-Cash (O2S), Record-to-Report (R2R), Source-to-Contract (S2C), Idea-to-Market (I2M), and Customer-to-Order (C2O).
- Understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Build Work Zone is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5 framework.
- Develop and consume OData services for seamless integration between SAP backend systems and Fiori applications.
- Customize and extend standard SAP Fiori applications based on business requirements.
- Create responsive and user-friendly UI components following SAP Fiori design guidelines.
- Configure and maintain SAP Fiori Launchpad, including catalogs, groups, tiles, and role assignments.
- Work with CDS Views, OData Services, and AMDPs to support SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and backend integrations.
- Optimize application performance and improve user experience across Fiori applications.
- Utilize ABAP Development Tools (ADT) and modern development practices for SAP Fiori development.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, and deployment guides.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, ABAP developers, BASIS, security, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
SAP Fiori SAPUI5
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Fiori application development using SAPUI5.
- Good understanding of SAP Fiori architecture, design principles, and development standards.
- Experience developing transactional, analytical, and custom Fiori applications.
OData Backend Integration
- Strong knowledge of OData services and SAP Gateway.
- Experience creating, enhancing, and consuming OData services.
- Understanding of RESTful integrations and backend connectivity.
SAP S/4HANA
- Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Hands-on exposure to CDS Views, AMDPs, and Fiori Elements.
- Knowledge of standard SAP Fiori applications and extensibility options.
SAP BTP Launchpad
- Working knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Experience configuring SAP Fiori Launchpad, catalogs, roles, groups, and tiles.
- Exposure to SAP Build Work Zone is desirable.
Technical Soft Skills
