About the Role

We're looking for an SAP Financial Application Manager to oversee the implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP ECC applications, with a focus on the FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling), MM (Materials Management), and SD (Sales and Distribution) modules, as well as SAP PI.

This role suits a strategic thinker with hands-on SAP experience across finance, logistics, and supply chain management. You'll manage a team of SAP professionals and partner closely with other departments to ensure SAP solutions align with wider business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP Financial Systems Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and support of SAP ECC applications, focused on FICO, MM, and SD, ensuring systems run smoothly and integrate correctly with surrounding systems.
• Project Leadership: Lead SAP ECC implementation and upgrade projects from planning through execution, managing timelines, resources, and budgets, and translating stakeholder requirements into effective SAP ECC financial solutions.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of SAP analysts and developers, supporting their professional growth and fostering a collaborative, innovative team environment.
• Business Process Optimization: Analyze finance, procurement, and sales processes to identify improvement opportunities, streamlining operations through FICO, MM, and SD modules.
• Support and Maintenance: Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of SAP ECC issues, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
• Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver end-user training programs and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP ECC processes and configurations.

What We're Looking For

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• SAP certification in FICO, MM, and SD is highly desirable.

Experience:

• 12–15 years of experience in SAP ECC application management, with a focus on FICO, MM, SD, and PI modules.
• Knowledge of TM is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully managing SAP ECC projects and teams.

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC modules: FICO, MM, and SD.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in ECC 9.6 and S4 is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Additional Requirements:

• Full-time schedule with flexibility to complete required duties; availability for on-call support and occasional travel as needed.

FINAL NOTE: In addition to the above, we seek candidates with very strong SAP FICO knowledge, good problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to work independently and help manage office and team.
