About the Role:
Quantum Integrators is seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA Functional Consultant (FICO) to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP FICO modules with hands-on experience in S/4 HANA implementations, end-to-end solution design, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional solution design for SAP S/4 HANA FICO modules (Finance & Controlling).
- Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into functional specifications and validate technical solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end SDLC process including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support post-implementation activities, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO functional consulting.
- Strong expertise in S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling modules.
- At least 12 end-to-end S/4 HANA implementation projects.
- Deep understanding of Finance, Accounting, and Controlling processes and their integration with other SAP modules.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC processes in SAP implementation and support environments.
- Ability to work closely with developers, test solutions, and ensure business requirements are met.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills.
