Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in End-to-End (E2E) SAP FICO implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring the integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).
- Work closely with business users to identify requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and configure the system accordingly.
- Perform SAP S/4HANA migration from legacy systems to the latest platform, ensuring minimal disruption and maximizing business process efficiency.
- Provide expertise and guidance in areas like month-end closing, taxation, asset management, costing, and internal controls.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the FICO modules and associated processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support the implementation of reports, interfaces, and enhancements in SAP S/4HANA.
- Provide post-implementation support, resolve issues, and guide end-users in using the system effectively.
Required Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in S/4HANA implementations and upgrades.
- Core Modules: Strong experience in SAP FI and CO modules, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- S/4HANA Migration: Experience in S/4HANA migration projects and understanding of S/4HANA architecture and features.
- End-to-End Implementation: Proven track record of delivering E2E SAP FICO implementations from project initiation to go-live.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules (SD, MM, PP) and experience with SAP Fiori for financial reporting.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex business and technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work closely with stakeholders across business and IT teams.
