Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong background in SAP FICO modules and S/4 HANA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience and must have completed at least one end-to-end implementation project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand financial business processes and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-PA, CO-OM and others.
• Execute data migration and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones, including testing, documentation, and user training.
• Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SAP MM, SD, PP, and technical teams.
• Stay updated on SAP best practices, new features in S/4 HANA, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.
• Must have experience with SAP S/4 HANA (preferably with implementation or migration exposure).
• At least one full life cycle implementation project is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles.
• Experience in writing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
