We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO HANA Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, support, rollout, and enhancement projects. The candidate should possess deep knowledge of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules along with integration experience across SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from finance stakeholders.
- Configure and support SAP FI modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Taxation
- Configure and support SAP CO modules including:
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- Profitability Analysis (COPA)
- Work on SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
- Handle FI-CO integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW developments.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
- Support data migration and reconciliation activities.
- Provide production support and resolve critical issues within SLA.
- Conduct end-user training and prepare functional documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and interfaces.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP FICO with SAP S/4HANA.
- Hands-on expertise in:
- GL, AP, AR, AA
- COPA
- Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting
- Bank Accounting
- Tax Configuration
- Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.
- Knowledge of Universal Journal and S/4HANA Finance architecture.
- Strong understanding of business processes and accounting principles.
- Experience with interfaces, IDOCs, and workflow integration.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP FICO / S4 HANA Certification preferred.
- CA / MBA Finance / B.Com / M.Com preferred.
- Experience in GST, e-Invoicing, and localization requirements is an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- At least 1–2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Experience in AMS support and rollout projects.
- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications is a plus.
