About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with strong hands-on experience across all FI submodules, along with expertise in Product Costing, COPA, VIM, and FSCM. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of driving finance process improvements within SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and support activities.
- Configure and support all FI submodules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Bank Accounting
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Special Purpose Ledger (SPL)
- Deliver strong functional expertise in:
- Product Costing (Standard Costing, Actual Costing, Material Ledger)
- COPA (Account-Based & Costing-Based)
- VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
- FSCM (Credit Management, Collections & Dispute Management)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments (RICEFW).
- Conduct integration testing, UAT support, and end-user training.
- Troubleshoot complex SAP FICO issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure alignment with financial reporting standards and internal audit controls.
- Work effectively within global teams and support multi-country rollouts if required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 812 years of relevant SAP FICO experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Strong working knowledge across all FI submodules.
- Hands-on experience in Product Costing, COPA, VIM, and FSCM is mandatory.
- Excellent understanding of FICO integration with MM, SD, PP.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- SAP FICO certification is highly preferred.
- Experience working in S/4HANA environments is a plus.
