- Hourly Rate $20-30/hr USD Based on Experience
About the Opportunity:
Insight Global is seeking a SAP FI/CO Lead Consultant to support a global enterprise environment. This role is focused on the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP ECC Finance solutions while partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide production support and strategic guidance for SAP ECC FI/CO and related finance systems.
- Lead analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support activities.
- Partner with business stakeholders to improve financial processes and reporting capabilities.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement system enhancements and best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues across finance applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects, integrations, and system initiatives.
- Mtechentor junior team members and provide technical leadership within the SAP Finance domain.
- Support audits, compliance initiatives, documentation, and governance processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP FI/CO in an enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Product Costing
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- Cost Center Accounting
- Experience delivering full project lifecycle implementations and production support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- Experience within pharmaceutical, manufacturing, consumer goods, or process industries.
- Background in consulting or large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with global teams and supporting international business operations.
