Job Summary
GyanSys is seeking experienced SAP FICO Consultants to join our SAP Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), with experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end finance and controlling processes in SAP S/4HANA environments. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable financial solutions that streamline business operations and support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP FICO solutions aligned with organizational and financial objectives.
- Configure and support SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Financial Closing.
- Configure SAP CO components, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Integrate SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP, PS, and other SAP modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Support data migration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and provide post-go-live support.

- Strong expertise in SAP FI and SAP CO

- Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders
- Product Costing and CO-PA
- Financial Closing and Reporting
- SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Integration with MM, SD, PP, and PS
- Functional Specifications, Testing, and Production Support
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN)
- Exposure to SAP Group Reporting or Financial Planning
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications
- Understanding of tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance
- Experience in global SAP implementation or rollout projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- Domain Experience: 3–5 Years
- Relevant Experience: 0–8+ Years
Preferred Certifications
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting
- SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting Certification (preferred)
