Overview:
We are in search of an experienced SAP Functional Support Consultant with a focus on the FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) module. This role requires a deep understanding of Incident Management and Change Management processes, as well as proficiency in ServiceNow or BMC Remedy ticketing tools. Additionally, cross-functional knowledge in MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and WM (Warehouse Management) modules is essential for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for the SAP FICO module, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and enhancement implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
- Utilize a thorough understanding of Incident Management and Change Management processes to effectively address issues and implement changes within the FICO module.
- Utilize cross-functional knowledge in MM, SD, and WM modules to facilitate integrated SAP solutions and resolve complex business issues.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct analysis, and propose SAP FICO solutions that align with business objectives.
- Conduct regular system monitoring and maintenance activities to ensure the stability and performance of the SAP FICO environment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures within the FICO module.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO functionality
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in Incident Management and Change Management processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy ticketing tools for incident management.
- Cross-functional knowledge in MM, SD, and WM modules.
- Strong understanding of SAP FICO functionalities, including financial accounting, controlling, asset accounting, and financial reporting.
- Experience in configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting SAP FICO master data, transactions, and integration with other SAP modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP certification in FICO module is a plus.
