Who are we looking for
We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance Consultant for a high-impact, live transformation program. In this role, you will support a large-scale SAP implementation for a leading global consulting firm working with a top real estate developer in North India. You will strengthen the finance workstream and ensure seamless integration of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes within the broader system landscape.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the finance workstream within an ongoing SAP implementation program, acting as a critical bridge between business finance teams and the system integrator (SI) partner.
- Validate solution design from a finance, controls, and compliance perspective, ensuring alignment of OTC processes with business requirements and SAP capabilities.
- Drive issue resolution, testing coordination, and go-live readiness activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to track implementation progress and resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure successful implementation and go-live, offering strong exposure to an enterprise-scale SAP deployment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of experience in finance and SAP implementation roles.
- Strong expertise in SAP Finance modules (FI/CO) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Hands-on experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end SAP implementations.
- Background in Real Estate or EPC sectors preferred (Manufacturing experience also considered).
- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent educational background preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside system integrators and business teams.
- Language proficiency: English (Mandatory).
