Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance & Grants Management Consultant to support a Brownfield system conversion from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. The consultant will lead finance transformation and grants management enablement while preserving historical data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning financial processes with S/4HANA innovations and best practices.
- MUST HAVE EXPERIANCE IN SAP FICO , FUNDS MANGEMENT & GRANTS MANAGMENT.

Functional Expertise
Strong hands-on experience in:
- SAP S/4HANA Finance
- SAP Grants Management
- SAP FICO
Proven experience in Brownfield S/4HANA conversions
Deep knowledge of public sector or grant-funded financial processes
Strong understanding of S/4HANA Finance data model and simplification
impacts
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FINANCE & CONTROLLING / GRANTS MANAGEMENT:
Must have sound understanding of Finance processes and utilization of funds with Grants Management.
Must have worked in 2 conversion projects.
Should have worked on end-to-end process as a consultant.
Should have good hands-on experience in Configuration, testing, Data Migration in S4 Hana.
Must have worked in Public Sector Organisation and should have working experience of Funds Management & Grants Management.
Good Client facing , Interpersonal skills and Hands on in S4 Hana.
Expert in basic FICO sub-modules like AR, AP, Banking, GL, Assets Accounting and Integration with other Modules.
