Sap Finance Consultant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation projects.
• Perform gap analysis and design solutions for FI modules – GL, AR, AP, AA, and Bank Accounting.
• Configure and customize SAP FI to meet business requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, and CO.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
• Support data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Conduct user training and post-go-live support.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI (GL, AR, AP, AA, Bank Accounting).
• Minimum 1–2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of New GL, Asset Accounting, and Document Splitting.
• Good understanding of integration with MM, SD, CO modules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience in FICO module integration.
• Knowledge of Central Finance, FSCM, or Group Reporting is a plus.
