SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce. The candidate will act as an SME, lead the team, work with stakeholders, and support the design and implementation of Fieldglass solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Fieldglass solutions.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce.
• Develop strategies to optimize the use of SAP Fieldglass within the ERP programme.
• Lead and mentor team members on SAP Fieldglass best practices.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver Fieldglass solutions.
• Support and manage SAP Fieldglass integrations with other systems.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP Fieldglass and other business/ERP applications.
• Analyze workforce and system data and provide insights to improve contingent workforce management.
• Take ownership of team-level decisions and provide solutions to complex issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Fieldglass-related functional requirements and issues.

Must-Have Skills

• Advanced hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce
• Strong SAP Fieldglass Functional Consulting experience
• Experience in SAP Fieldglass configuration and implementation
• Experience working with SAP Fieldglass Integrations
• Strong stakeholder and team management skills
• Ability to work as an SME / Lead Consultant
• Experience mentoring or guiding functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to Have

• Experience integrating SAP Fieldglass with ERP/SAP systems
• Experience working on large ERP programmes/projects
• Experience in contingent workforce management processes
