About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical SAP Fieldglass Consultant to join our team in Pune. This role is dedicated strictly to hands-on technical design and end-to-end system implementation execution. You will focus entirely on configuring tenants, building data integrations, and delivering the technical deployment of external workforce management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Implementation: Execute hands-on tenant configuration, environment setup, and system provisioning during implementation rollout phases.
- Integration Development: Build, test, and deploy connectors using SAP BTP/CPI, APIs, Web Services, and standard file transfer tools.
- Technical Data Migration: Manage data mapping, structural transformations, and mass CSV uploads for legacy data migration during go-live.
- Testing & Deployment: Lead technical unit testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage transport deployments across environments.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex integration failures, data sync errors, and technical system bugs to ensure smooth deployment.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Implementation Background: Minimum 1 full lifecycle SAP Fieldglass technical implementation experience.
- Technical Expertise: Strong command over Fieldglass data models, system rules, custom fields, and connector frameworks.
- SAP Integration Ecosystem: Prior technical experience or familiarity with integrating Fieldglass with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or SAP Ariba.
- Core Technical Stack: Practical knowledge of XML, JSON, API protocols, and middleware platforms (like CPI).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
