Job Description

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong experience in SAP Fieldglass (5+ years)
  • Overall 15+ years SAP experience (SAP MM / Ariba / S4 / P2P preferred)
  • Experience in leading at least 1 full lifecycle Fieldglass implementation
  • Proven experience handling team size of 7–8 members
  • Expertise in: o Job Posting, Work Order lifecycle o Supplier management & onboarding o Timesheets & invoicing
  • Integration experience with SAP systems (CPI / APIs / middleware/Third party applications) Desired Skills
  • Techno-functional expertise (Functional + integration exposure)
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba, S/4HANA, SAP MM
  • Experience with tools: SAP CPI, Integration Suite, ServiceNow
  • Exposure to: o Data migration & validation o Reporting & analytics o Compliance / SOX / audit processes We are hiring for SAP Fieldglass Techno Functional Role: Key Responsibilities 1. Solution Design & Implementation
  • Lead end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations (Design Build Deploy Hypercare)
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Fieldglass solutions
  • Drive design decisions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives 2. Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Management
  • Conduct workshops with business, procurement, HR, and IT stakeholders
  • Document functional and technical requirements with clear solution mapping
  • Provide context, feasibility insights, and solution recommendations 3. Configuration & Functional Expertise
  • Configure core Fieldglass modules: o Contingent Workforce (Job Posting, Work Order, Job Seeker) o Timesheets, Expenses, Approval workflows o Onboarding / Offboarding processes
  • Design and manage supplier workflows, rate cards, and compliance controls 4. Integration & Technical Oversight
  • Define integration strategy between SAP Fieldglass and: o SAP S/4HANA / ECC o CPI / Integration Suite o Third-party systems
  • Oversee API, file-based, and middleware integrations 5. Testing & Deployment
  • Create test strategies, test cases, and test scripts
  • Lead SIT, UAT, and defect triage cycles
  • Ensure defect resolution and successful Go-Live deployment 6. Project Leadership
  • Lead a team of 7–8 consultants (functional & technical)
  • Plan project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and budget 7. Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, audit requirements, and SoD controls
  • Drive data governance, reporting, and audit trail tracking 8. Post-Go-Live Support & Optimization
  • Provide hypercare and ongoing support
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements
  • Drive process optimization (automation, reporting, analytics) Soft Skills
