Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) Consultant/Lead with a strong finance and accounting background to support design, configuration, testing, and stabilization of FPSL within an S/4HANA landscape. The ideal candidate combines hands-on SAP FPSL implementation experience with a solid understanding of financial accounting, sub-ledger reconciliation, and regulatory reporting requirements (IFRS 9/17, US GAAP) for Financial Service industy client.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP FICO modules according to business requirements.
• Analyze and optimize financial processes within SAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
• Conduct user training and support for SAP FICO functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements for SAP FICO.
• Provide support during audits and assist in the preparation of financial reports.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-16 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Experience working in a Big4 consulting environment.
• Proficiency in SAP FICO modules such as GL, AP, AR, and CO.
• Hands-on experience with SAP integration with other modules.
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively.
