We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in SAP FICO and a passion for teaching and empowering others through training.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging SAP FICO training programs for new and existing employees.
- Develop training materials, manuals, and exercises tailored to SAP FICO modules.
- Assess training needs and gather feedback to improve training effectiveness.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance during SAP FICO implementation and upgrades.
- Conduct workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance user competency in SAP FICO.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in SAP FICO module training or relevant field.
- Strong understanding of SAP FICO functionalities including Financial Accounting and Controlling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in developing training materials and conducting workshops.
- Proficient in creating engaging learning experiences using various training methodologies.
