SAP FICO Support Consultant

Associate(2-4yrs): Bhubaneshwar | Pune

Senior Associate(4-7yrs): Noida | Mumbai | Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for SAP FI/CO incidents, service requests, and change requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders
• Support month-end/year-end closing activities and finance business processes
• Analyze business requirements and configure SAP FICO solutions accordingly
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional SAP teams
• Monitor system performance, identify root causes, and ensure SLA compliance
• Support testing, documentation, and deployment of enhancements and fixes
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in SAP FICO support and configuration
• Good understanding of core finance and controlling processes
• Experience in Implementation/ managed services / AMS support environment
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with integration points between SAP FICO and other modules is preferred
