Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO QA Analyst with strong expertise in SAP Finance testing, financial data validation, and reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in SAP FICO testing, SAP FIORI applications, and validating complex financial transactions to ensure data accuracy and business process integrity.

Required Experience
- 8+ years of overall Software Testing / Quality Assurance experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on SAP testing experience.
- Strong SAP FICO testing experience.
- Hands-on experience testing:
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Experience testing SAP FIORI applications.
- Proven experience validating financial transactions and accounting processes.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting Pharma / PBM Rebate systems.
- Experience testing finance-heavy rebate management platforms.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Manual Testing and Test Case Design.
- Strong Test Data Preparation and Data Creation skills.
- Proven experience performing SAP table-level validations.
- Ability to validate complex financial calculations, rebate calculations, and accounting flows.
- Experience working with large datasets and reconciliation-heavy processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Tools & Analysis
- Advanced Excel skills (Data Analysis, Reconciliation, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP).
- Strong SAP Query skills for data extraction and validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with AI-powered testing and productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios.
- Validate SAP FICO processes including AR, GL, and financial postings.
- Perform SAP table-level data validations and reconciliation testing.
- Validate financial calculations, rebate calculations, and accounting transactions.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of SAP FIORI applications.
- Analyze and reconcile large volumes of financial data.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and development teams.
- Support Agile testing activities, sprint testing, and release validation.
- Ensure high levels of data integrity, financial accuracy, and compliance.
