What will you be doing as an SAP FICO Consultant @ delaware India

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Finance solutions on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, recommend best-fit solutions, configure system settings, conduct testing, and ensure successful project delivery.

As part of our global SAP Finance practice, you will participate in solution design workshops, business process assessments, requirement gathering, configuration, integration, testing, training, and post-go-live support activities. You will contribute to both implementation and AMS engagements while collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

We are looking for the following skills in our new colleague

• 5–10 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP Finance processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Strong configuration knowledge and understanding of SAP Finance best practices.
• Ability to analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience in conducting user training, system testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Flexible to work across implementation and AMS projects.
• Willingness to cross-train, upskill, and collaborate with global teams.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth.

Preferred Specialization – SAP FICO + Project Systems (PS)

• Experience with SAP Project Systems (PS).
• Strong understanding of FICO–PS integration scenarios.
• Experience supporting project-based accounting and financial management processes.

Preferred Specialization – SAP FICO + Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC)

• Experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC).
• Knowledge of e-Invoicing, statutory reporting, and tax compliance processes.
• Understanding of country-specific compliance and digital reporting requirements.
