SAP FICO Lead Consultant

SAP FICO Lead | 10–15 Years

Location: Hyderabad/ Bengaluru/ Pune [Hyderabad highly Preferred]

Experience: 10–15 Years

We are looking for a strong SAP FICO Lead with extensive experience in SAP Finance & Controlling, capable of leading end-to-end implementations and complex transformation projects.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• 10–15 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO, preferably with S/4HANA.
• Expertise in FI – GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting and CO – Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, COPA.
• Strong experience in FICO configuration, integration, testing, and production support.
• Experience in S/4HANA Finance transformation, migration, or implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
• Ability to lead requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Experience in handling complex business requirements and providing scalable SAP solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work independently and lead functional teams.
• Experience in R2R, P2P, O2C, financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing processes is preferred.
