SAP Fico Lead Consultant

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SAP FICO Lead Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The consultant will lead SAP FICO implementations and enhancements, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, translating financial requirements into SAP solutions, managing CO-PA configurations, and ensuring integration with other SAP modules. The role involves collaborating with finance and business stakeholders, preparing documentation, conducting user training, and providing post-go-live support. The consultant will also guide junior team members, contribute to continuous process improvement, and help maintain system stability and compliance with organizational standards.
Qualifications

• Strong SAP FICO expertise, including configuration, integration, and support.
• Hands-on experience with CO-PA and related controlling functionalities.
• Solid understanding of Finance processes and Business Process mapping within SAP.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, diagnose issues, and optimize solutions.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience as a lead or senior consultant on end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout projects.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, integration with other SAP modules, and knowledge of best practices in financial controls and reporting is an advantage.
