Identify test scope for each change in SAP FICO/FICA; Plan, track, manage, and report status of project deliverables; Ensure testing process is defined and adhered to; Handle SAP FICO/FICA area independently; Plan end-to-end testing deliverables with team; Maintain testing artifacts in JIRA; Coordinate different stakeholders; Conduct daily status meetings; Follow up on open issues with stakeholders; Define and develop comprehensive test plans for SAP modules; Mentor team members in creating test scripts; Lead end-to-end test execution across Unit, System Integration, Regression Testing phases; Partner with Test Automation Engineers to convert manual test scripts to automated tests; Collaborate with functional team to translate business needs into test scripts; Track and document defects using defect management tools; Participate in defect triage meetings; Provide updates on testing progress, risks, and defect status to Test Managers and stakeholders; Validate GL transactions, reconciliations, month/year-end close, and reporting in SAP; Collaborate with FICO/FICA consultants, business users, and other SAP workstreams for integrated testing; Support data migration validation, cutover activities, and post-go-live hypercare testing; Document test results and ensure compliance with quality standards; Review functional specifications, process flows, and business requirements for RTR modules; Design and develop test scenarios, cases, and scripts for SAP RTR processes
