Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and will play a key role in the implementation and support of SAP FICO solutions. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure effective financial processes and data management.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
- Analyze financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
- Provide support for end-users and resolve SAP-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for SAP FICO processes and configurations.
- Conduct training sessions for users on SAP FICO functionalities.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Experience with integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules.
- Knowledge of financial reporting tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
