SAP FICO consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, along with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct business process workshops and blueprinting sessions.
• Configure and support SAP FICO modules based on business needs.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
• Provide functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for custom developments.
• Support financial closing processes, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues and provide ongoing system enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP FICO experience in implementation, consulting, or support environments.
• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations.
• Strong business process knowledge with hands-on business process blueprinting experience.
• Experience working with stakeholders across finance, operations, and IT teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
