Job Summary
Looking for a hands-on SAP FICO consultant to work on S/4HANA and support integration with BlackLine. The role focuses on improving month-end close, journal processing, and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on SAP FI configuration and support S/4HANA implementation
- Assist in BlackLine integration (journals, reconciliations, tasks)
- Support month-end close activities and financial processes
- Participate in testing, defect resolution, and go-live support
- Handle data migration and reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams
- Provide post-go-live (BAU) support and improvements
- Prepare documentation and ensure compliance with processes
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in SAP FICO (FI-focused) on S/4HANA
- Good knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting (AA)
- Experience in month-end close & journal entries
- Understanding of financial controls, audit, and compliance
- Familiarity with SAP tables & reports (ACDOCA, BKPF, BSEG, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of workflow & integrations
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Good to Have
- Experience with BlackLine (Recs, Journals, Tasks)
- Exposure to Tagetik
- Knowledge of tools like Jira, SAP ALM, CPI/PO
- Data migration tools (LTMC, LTMOM, ETL)
