SAP FICO Consultant (7–10+ Years Experience)

Mandatory Skills:

• 7–10+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience with at least one S/4HANA implementation/support project.
• Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Forex Revaluation.
• Experience in S/4HANA Finance, including New GL, Universal Journal, and Financial Close processes.
• Hands-on experience in Indian Localization: GST, TDS, TCS, E-Invoicing, and E-Way Bill.
• Strong knowledge of Banking Integration and Electronic Bank Reconciliation (EBRS).
• Experience in Month-End and Year-End Closing Activities.
• Expertise in Financial Reporting and statutory compliance reporting.
• Experience in Dunning, Intercompany Sales, and STO accounting processes.
• Knowledge of Basic Product Costing.
• Strong cross-functional integration experience with SD, MM, PP, PS, and HR modules.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and work with BADI, BAPI, Enhancements, User Exits, and Custom Developments.
• Experience in Digital Finance initiatives such as AP Automation, AR Automation, Workflow Automation, and SAP Joule integration.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies, including Copilot, Claude, SAP Joule, and AI-driven reporting/automation solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, requirement gathering, testing, and production support experience.

Preferred:

• Manufacturing/Pharma industry experience.
• SAP Fiori exposure.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects
