SAP FICO Consultant

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO with a solid understanding of both Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of Indian Taxation including GST and statutory compliance within SAP.
• Proficient in Asset Accounting, Cost Accounting, COPA (Profitability Analysis), and Cost Planning & Budgeting.
• Demonstrated expertise in both FI and CO functional areas with the ability to configure, customize, and support business processes.
• Must have experience in integration of FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
• At least one full end-to-end implementation in a manufacturing industry is mandatory.
• Experience in Tyre/Rubber or similar manufacturing industries is required and will be considered a strong advantage.
• Capable of gathering requirements, creating functional specs, conducting testing, training users, and supporting go-live and post-go-live activities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in a cross-functional environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum one E2E SAP FICO implementation in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong domain understanding of manufacturing industry finance and costing processes.
• Experience working with Tyre/Rubber or similar heavy manufacturing domains is preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
