Job Title: SAP FICO Core Team Member

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Core Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional understanding of the SAP FICO module and its integration with other SAP modules. The role requires expertise in various areas of financial and management accounting within SAP, such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month-End Close, Overhead Assessment, and Settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) modules.

· Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO functionality, ensuring alignment with financial and management accounting requirements.

· Analyze and configure SAP systems to meet business needs while optimizing financial processes.

· Collaborate with business teams to provide solutions for complex business requirements and ensure seamless integration across systems.

· Monitor interfaces and applications to ensure smooth operation of integrated systems.

· Work closely with the ABAP team to support report development and debugging, with basic knowledge of SAP ABAP preferred.

· Provide Level 1 and 2 support to end users, assisting with incident and problem management, while prioritizing critical business issues.

· Participate in Change Management processes, ensuring that changes are appropriately handled in line with business priorities.

· Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, especially during Month-End Close.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

· Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP FICO, preferably within an S/4 HANA environment.

· SAP FICO certification is highly desirable.

· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly within the FMCG sector.

· Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Experience in integrated systems, with a good understanding of interface monitoring.

· Familiarity with Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.

Skills:

· Expertise in SAP FICO modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex business issues.

· Knowledge of financial business processes and SAP FICO functionalities.

· Experience in end-user support and SAP system troubleshooting.
