SAP FICO Consultant - S/4HANA

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with S/4HANA expertise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial and controlling processes, with hands-on experience in implementing or supporting SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions. You will be responsible for configuring and implementing FICO modules, leading migration projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Configuration & Implementation: Configure and implement core SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO-CCA, CO-IO, COPA, Product Costing, ML). You will lead and support S/4HANA Finance implementation and migration projects.
• Process & Integration: Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage integrations with MM, SD, PP, and other modules. This includes a strong understanding of New GL, Universal Journal (ACDOCA), and Central Finance concepts.
• Testing & Support: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT with the business. You will also provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting for FICO modules, and prepare functional documentation and user training manuals.
• Data & Activities: Be involved in data migration, cutover planning, and month-end/year-end activities. You will also have experience with taxation setup, bank interfaces, and payment configurations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, with at least 1-2 full-lifecycle implementations in S/4HANA.
• Proficiency in Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders (IO), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Product Costing, and COPA.
• Experience with Universal Journal, Fiori apps for finance, and S/4HANA Finance innovations.
• Exposure to integration with SD, MM, and PP modules.
• A good understanding of business processes in finance and controlling.
• SAP FICO and/or S/4HANA Finance Certification is a plus.
